Susannah Rogers Pedigo


Susannah Rogers Pedigo received her B.S. in International Affairs, with high honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2004 where she was a member of the Moot Court team. She began practicing as a general civil litigator with a firm in Savannah upon graduation from law school but gradually shifted her focus to family law matters. Ms. Pedigo has practiced exclusively in the area of family law for the past ten years and has a wide range of experience in cases related to divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, legitimation and family violence. At the request of the Superior Court of Chatham County, she also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem representing the best interests of children involved in contentious custody matters.

Attorney Profile

Ms. Pedigo is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church. She is a former member of the Executive Council for the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division, past-President of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers’ Savannah Chapter, and a 2012 Leadership Savannah Graduate. She is presently serving on the Boards for The Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire and America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia, and she is a former Board Member of the Georgia Family Connection Partnership.
